Ladonia Business Park:   A prime area for industrial or retail development, the city of Ladonia owns parcel R79967, which is 28 acres. It has a 12 inch dedicated sewer line at the northwest and west sides. At Eastman and Main St., there is an eight inch water main that can be extended. There is 440 v power to the property, and a gas main runs across the property. It is bounded by State Hwy 50 and Redner St. east.  View the related document HERE
