A. Persons wanting to address the council should raise hands to be recognized and stand at podium to be heard.

B. Speakers must state their name and address.

C. Speakers should be clear and concise in expressing themselves, limiting their address to four (4) to seven (7) minutes.

D. Speakers should submit written material to Council before they speak.

E. The Public will address the Council and Mayor with respect.

F. The Public will respect the rights of others; will not interrupt or talk during another's time before the Council.

III. The City Council and Mayor will read any written submissions and hear comments and recommendations from the Public regarding Animal Control in the City. No action will be taken during this Public Forum.
