      A. Meet the Candidate Night – April 11th City Hall Meeting Room 7 pm
      B. April Events:
          1. Friday April 8th, L. C. Gardens Presentation and Ribbon Cutting
          2. Saturday April 9th Chuck Wagon Breakfast at Volunteer Fire Department begins at 8:30 am.
          3. Saturday April 9th Poker Run Sponsored by Cooper Volunteer Fire Department has a stop at Fatboy’s BBQ around 10:30am.
          4. Saturday April 16th Spring Fling with Easter egg hunt, blood mobile, Ribbon Cutting for the Repeater Antenna.
          5. City-Wide Clean up is currently under operation through April 9th.
      C. Thanks to Rita Isaacs and Lavonne Duncan for flowers on the square, and to Cliff Isaacs for monitoring the lights on the square. There are issues with the lighting that are being addressed.

IX. New Business

      A. Discuss, Action, Consider David Wallace’s lease on mobile home which expires May 7, 2011.

      B. Discuss, Action, Consider AT&Ts request to improve service in Ladonia by installing 6 additional antennas, amplifiers, and associated coax, using no additional ground space.

      C. Discuss, Action, Consider adjust water billing for City of Ladonia accounts, per auditors, to make two meters (acct# 523 and 319) ‘no charge’ and to force them to zero balance.

      D. Discuss, Action, Consider setting up new account for unmetered residence associated with acct# 319 (service address DIARY).

      E. Discuss, Action Consider, obtaining legal advice and taking legal action regarding the now disconnected Birch phone line 367-7021.

      F. Discuss, Action, Consider the City’s maximum access line rate (telecommunications right-of-way access fee remitted to the City) increase by .84% due to inflation, as measured by the CPI, pursuant to Chapter 283 of the Local Government Code (House Bill 1777).

X. Old Business

      A. Discuss, Action, Consider authorizing the purchase of a truck (last truck authorized for purchase (1991 Dodge for $1,800) was already sold) or delegation of authority to make a purchase.

      B. Discuss, Action, Consider demolition of substandard structures - cost estimates and feasibility.

XI. Council may or may not enter Executive Session: Pursuant to Sec. 551.074 (Personnel) or Sec. 551.087 (Economic Development) of the Government Code - CLOSED MEETING
XII. Discuss, Action, Consider in Open Session: the Council will convene into open session to discuss, consider, or take action on matters discussed in closed session.
